Quezon City’s Pride march on June 22nd exploded with color and enthusiasm, drawing a larger crowd than Makati City’s march. This year’s event marked another high point in attendance, reflecting the growing sense of acceptance and solidarity within the city.

The energy was electric as the parade snaked through Elliptical Road. A diverse mix of supporters lined the streets, cheering and waving rainbow flags. Environmental organizations like Greenpeace Philippines marched alongside international advocates like the United Nations Philippines, and corporate allies like Canva. This confluence of supporters from all walks of life painted a powerful picture of unity.

The route stretched from Tomas Morato Avenue through Quezon Avenue. It culminated at the Quezon Memorial Circle. The path became a vibrant tapestry of colors. The sea of rainbow flags was a powerful symbol of LGBTQIA+ pride. Their spirit echoed through the streets of Quezon City.
