Deaf Festival 2024 Sounds Livelier With Creativity and Activities

The College of Saint Benilde’s School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies (SDEAS) recently concluded its 29th Deaf Festival. This festival is a celebration of Deaf culture, art, and community.
