The DOT Property Philippines Awards celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 11, 2025. It honored the country’s leading real estate developers, projects, and agencies. The awards, a benchmark for excellence in Southeast Asia, recognized those shaping lifestyles, driving innovation, and redefining communities.
The evening highlighted the evolution of Philippine real estate over the past decade, from sustainable developments to smart homes. Over 30 award categories celebrated contributions to design, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
Prior to the top prize, several developers were recognized for their achievements. Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates won Best Industrial Developer. Federal Land was named Best Developer Metro Manila. Filinvest Land Inc. took home Best Developer Visayas and Mindanao.
The most prestigious award, Developer of the Year 2025, went to RLC Residences. The brand was recognized for pushing the boundaries of modern living with its future-forward, sustainable, and smart communities. RLC Residences also won awards for Best Starter Home Condominium Development. They received accolades for Best Smart Home Condominium Development and Best Sustainable Development. They were also awarded for Best Condominium Architectural Design, and received a Special Recognition Award for Sustainable Construction.

The Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards will be held later this year in Bangkok.
