Philippines’ Largest Travel Tour Expo This 2026

The Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA) has announced the return of the Travel Tour Expo (TTE) 2026, set to break records as the countryโ€™s largest travel event. Scheduled from February 6 to 8, 2026, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, TTE 2026 will feature over 800 exhibitorsโ€”surpassing the 2025 editionโ€™s already robust lineup. This yearโ€™s event promises unmatched travel deals, including rock-bottom airfares and exclusive hotel packages, alongside immersive activities for families and travelers of all ages.

Travel continues to drive the Philippine economy, contributing PHP 2.35 trillion (8.9% of GDP) in 2024 and supporting 6.75 million jobs. Jaison P. Yang, PTAA President, emphasized the eventโ€™s role in fueling economic growth and making travel accessible: โ€œTravel is more than leisureโ€”it fuels our economy and reflects the Filipino passion for discovery. TTE 2026 celebrates this spirit by making dream destinations affordable for every family.โ€

TTE 2026 expands on the success of its 2025 predecessor, with a 15% increase in exhibitors. Nearly 800 local and international travel agents, airlines, and tourism boards will showcase destinations spanning six continents. Attendees can explore everything from luxury cruises to budget-friendly backpacking trips, all while enjoying exclusive expo-only discounts. Compared to 2025, this year adds more interactive zones, including live performances, raffles, and expert travel workshops.

BPI, the countryโ€™s oldest bank (founded in 1851), returns as a major sponsor, offering free entry to BPI cardholders with early access. Other partners include the Department of Tourism (DOT), PAGCOR, Duty Free Philippines, and PLDT Enterprise. The event also runs parallel to the International Travel Trade Expo (ITTE), connecting Philippine agencies with global tourism stakeholders.

Past editions, dating back to 1993, have drawn over 100,000 visitors annually. While attendance figures for TTE 2025 were not disclosed, organizers expect a record turnout in 2026 due to the expanded scale and new features like family-friendly activities and tech-enhanced ticketing systems.

Highlights for 2026 include:

  • Over 800 exhibitors across two floors.
  • Travel deals to six continents.
  • Free entry for BPI cardholders.
  • Live entertainment and travel seminars.
  • Exclusive packages on display only during the expo.

For those planning 2026 adventures, the expo offers a one-stop platform to compare prices, book directly with providers, and secure last-minute deals. PTAA encourages early planning, with discounted rates available for early-bird ticket holders.

The event underscores tourismโ€™s growing importance to the Philippinesโ€™ recovery post-pandemic. With global interest in Southeast Asia rising, TTE 2026 positions the nation as a hub for both outbound and inbound travel.

Event organizers urge attendees to check the official website for updates, as new exhibitors and activities continue to join. As the countdown begins, Filipino travelers can gear up for their next journey under the tagline: โ€œGEAR UP. DREAM BIG. TRAVEL SMART.โ€
