A central feature is the partnership with Coco Kusina, a Philippine Coconut Kitchen dedicated to heritage cuisine. The celebrated Chef Riza leads this collaboration. She is often called “Ninang Riza” because of her nurturing approach to culinary tradition. This collaboration will transform food into a form of art. Dishes will celebrate local ingredients, with the versatile coconut at the heart of the gastronomy experience. Imagine tasting a symphony of flavors from a piece of pottery.
