Past Mixing With The Present

The graduating class of Fashion Design and Technology gets a taste of what local fashion could be on May 9, 2026.  The graduating class of iACADEMY gets a glimpse of their future in fashion. The OEMZ Batch FDT41 unveiled their collection through the “KATSA” Graduation Showcase. Their collections are a mix of what it was and what they could be. The students’ creative vision was pushed to the limits while making it a sustainable fashion. Designs reinvented, reused and remixed. Grabbing familiar designs from the past mixing them up as upcycled. The best part of this show is that their designs could take on the local market. Their creative ideas can flow with beauty pageants, galas, and luxury wear. Yet the mobility and comfort need to be improved. They need to embrace the “less is more” concept. These are the best designs so far from the 11 graduating students of iACADEMY.
