You’re in Manila and want to relax at sunset or pry into the nightlife, but there’s no decent beer. You drank a local bottle but can’t get the satisfaction from a commercial beer. You think to yourself is there an alternative?
Think no more, get a taste of Filipino craft beers. These beers have been breaking the market since 2012. Crazy Carabao is one of those top ten craft beers in the country. Who is crazy enough to break into the Philippine market?

Another crazy idea they have is to put up a restaurant inside their brewery. This way you expect the taste of what you see. Drinking Crazy Carabao beers gives that gentle texture of all barley. Unlike the commercial beers that give you that watery taste when you reach half the bottle.
Eat and Drink In One Place
Crazy Carabao crafted beer taps the Filipino palate. A beer that is built around the Filipino culture of eating. The Crazy Carabao restaurant & brewery is giving you that experience. Where you can order a meal that you match with your choice of beer.

Customers can go crazy with the mix and match. However, there is only one pub like it and it’s at Crazy Carabao’s brewery plant. This is just one of the first for drooling palates. Soon to come to Metro Manila.
A Book And Boxing Match
Crazy Carabao was built around the Filipino culture and the food. An inspiration that Brad Hannam caught on watching Manny Pacquiao fights and a craft beer book. Mr. Hannam, an Australian, established Crazy Carabao Brewing Co. in 2014.

Mr. Hannam and Christopher James Payne, the President who is British, make sure the brand is Filipino. Their operations and brewery are all run by Filipinos. Their products are formulated for Filipinos.
Infiltrating The Market
After 10 years Filipinos loved their beers. Their brewery focuses on quality and not quantity. They experiment with new tastes and formulas. They sell to local communities, tourist spots, and grocery stores.

Crazy Carabao stayed in the game with a direct-to-consumer strategy. They moved up to five-star hotels and upscale bars across Metro Manila. They are now in The Marketplace, S&R, and Landers Superstore. They get more reach online like Boozy.ph and on their website.
Finally, their new resto-brewery brings them closer to a Filipino experience. Now, this resto is inside their brewery located in the Daystar Industrial Park in Santa Rosa, Laguna. They are open on Sunday to Thursday at 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and on Friday to Saturday at 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
You get to have their six top-grade beers. These are the Pilsner, Golden Ale, Pale Ale, IPA, Apple Cider, and their latest Piña Colada. You get to enjoy the sweet taste and texture that every Filipino loves.
