Belmont Hotel Iloilo officially opens on June 24, 2026. The new property features 405 rooms in the Iloilo Business Park. It aims to offer a fresh perspective on local hospitality through its “Come Find Your Iloilo” campaign.

General Manager Joy Alonte says the goal is to help guests create meaningful connections.
“At Belmont Hotel Iloilo, we believe travel is about creating meaningful connections with a destination,” Alonte said. “Whether guests are here for business, leisure, or a special occasion, we want them to experience Iloilo beyond the usual itinerary, which is to discover its people, flavors, and traditions. We invite everyone to come find their Iloilo, savor the city, and savor every moment with us.”

The hotel serves as a hub for business and leisure. It is located near the Iloilo Convention Center and the Festive Walk Parade. Guests can access a gym, a sauna, and multiple meeting spaces.

The hotel’s restaurant, Belmont Café, introduces a “Modern Ilonggo Diner” concept. It draws inspiration from Iloilo’s status as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. The menu reimagines classic regional dishes. Guests can also visit the Zabana Bar or the poolside Float Bar.
The staff consists of local Ilonggos who returned home after working abroad. They follow the company’s “Sampaguita” brand of service. These values emphasize love, honor, dignity, and healing.

To mark the opening, the hotel offers introductory room rates starting at Php 4,000. This rate includes breakfast for two. Guests also receive access to the swimming pool and fitness facilities.
Megaworld Hotels & Resorts manages the property. It is the company’s latest addition to the local township. The hotel invites all travelers to visit and experience the city’s unique culture.
