Cyan Modern Kitchen has launched a new dining event. The venue sits inside Lanson Place Mall of Asia. The program is called The Weekend Buffet Collection.
The series transforms weekend dining into memorable culinary occasions. It features premium carving selections, seafood feasts, and family-style Sunday gatherings. Each themed evening offers guests a distinct gastronomic journey. Diners also enjoy views overlooking Manila Bay.
The event begins on July 24, 2026. It runs on alternating weekends until December 13, 2026. The buffet takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Diners can return for a different experience each weekend. Every offering utilizes premium ingredients, seasonal flavours, and immersive dining concepts.
Executive Chef Kristine Oro spoke about the new dining concept.
“Today’s diners are looking for more than just an abundant buffet. They seek memorable experiences that bring people together,” Oro said.
She added details about the various weekend offerings.
“The Weekend Buffet Collection offers something new to discover every weekend, whether it’s a family gathering, a celebration with friends, or simply an opportunity to enjoy exceptional food in a beautiful setting,” Oro said.
Fridays feature “Let’s Meat Friday.” This dinner celebration highlights expertly prepared premium cuts and signature roasts. The menu includes slow-cooked pepper beef sirloin, smoked beef short plate, pork rack, and marinated lamb. A dedicated carving station accompanies these dishes. Slow roasting and traditional grilling techniques bring out the rich flavours.
Saturdays showcase “The Grand Cyan Buffet.” This is Cyan Modern Kitchen’s most indulgent buffet experience. Guests can savour freshly grilled seafood, lobster, crabs, and shellfish. The menu also includes premium meats and international favourites. Interactive live cooking stations operate during both lunch and dinner. The extensive spread combines local flavours with global influences. It celebrates freshness, craftsmanship, and culinary variety.
Sundays feature “Family Table Sundays.” This lunch event draws inspiration from traditional shared tables. It offers comforting lunch favourites designed for sharing. The menu includes hearty classics, generous platters, and an extensive dessert selection. The experience creates a setting for meaningful conversations and quality time with loved ones.
