They watched the intense competition of the model cars on the track. President Tamiya excitedly showed a mini 4WD car and its specifics. Sec. Angara-Mathay curiously listened and looked at the toy car.

The Tamiya Mini 4WD is a 1:32 scale model car. Two AA batteries power the model, propelling it on a small, designed track. The track’s technical layout challenges the vertical and horizontal capabilities of the toy.

It required mechanical hacking to win the TMAC competition. The model cars are bought at prices ranging from ₱700 to ₱1,700 or more. Participants spend around ₱20,000 or more for tools, equipment, and other accessories for a precision win.

These small toy cars brought in 200 participants from other countries. The TMAC 2026 drew competitors from 11 other countries. The Philippines is the host country for the TMAC 2026 league.
