To assist with the transport of bulky items from residential units, the company is introducing a push-cart rental service, priced at ₱250 for a four-hour window, aimed at reducing the physical strain of moving large belongings.
“The Newport City site has been designed with the needs of modern urban life in mind,” the company noted in a statement. “It’s about giving the community a trusted partner for managing the items they value most.”
Safety remains a primary focus for the new facility, which features a multi-layered security infrastructure. The premises will be monitored 24/7 by professional security personnel and equipped with 14 levels of security measures. These include individualized access codes, built-in unit alarms, and a comprehensive fire safety system comprising smoke detectors, sprinklers, and hoses, all linked to a private security monitoring firm.
The facility will operate on a 24/7 basis, allowing customers access to their units at any time of day or night. The property also includes dedicated parking areas and wide hallways to accommodate easy loading and unloading.
